Breaking news!!!! Noir City, Los Angeles will be held at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood from 1-18 April 2010. A co-production of the American Cinematheque and the Film Noir Foundation, this year's festival will mine the darkest depths of studio subterranea to screen the rarest of the rare noir titles. Included in the mix will be a blockbuster noir title that has been long thought to be "lost"! The 2010 Arthur Lyons Film Noir Festival at the Camelot Theatre in Palm Springs is scheduled for 13-16 May 2010. It will be a distinct challenge to top last year's fest that featured 13 films and seven guest stars in four days, but we are working on it! I'll be programming and hosting in Palm Springs again this year; more details to follow soon! |
